In breve. Norma è uno strumento di lettura e analisi normativa per professionisti. È gratuito in questa fase e lo miglioriamo ogni settimana. I risultati, compresi quelli generati dall’intelligenza artificiale, sono proposte da verificare sul testo ufficiale: le decisioni restano tue. Il tuo lavoro resta tuo e sempre esportabile.

1. Chi gestisce Norma

Norma è gestita da Kakhaber Ebelashvili, 27100 Pavia (PV), Italia, email info@normaintelligence.com. Norma Intelligence è in fase di costituzione come società: quando sarà costituita, il servizio e questi Termini passeranno alla società, e te lo comunicheremo per email.

2. A chi è rivolta

Norma è riservata a professionisti e organizzazioni, per finalità legate alla propria attività professionale. Accettando questi Termini dichiari di usare Norma per la tua attività professionale e non come consumatore.

3. Che cos’è Norma, e che cosa non è

Norma è uno strumento software che aiuta a leggere atti normativi, valutarne l’impatto e produrre requisiti, analisi funzionali e Test Book.
Norma non presta consulenza legale e non sostituisce il parere di un professionista abilitato. Fa fede il testo ufficiale delle fonti, che Norma cita.
Sintesi, proposte e risposte generate dall’intelligenza artificiale sono indicate come tali e vanno verificate. Nessun contenuto generato è considerato approvato senza la revisione di una persona: impatti, requisiti, approvazioni e firme restano decisioni di chi usa Norma.
Il Test Book organizza i casi di test: non li esegue e non li certifica.
Norma legge PDF con testo, pagine HTML e gli atti delle fonti integrate; non esegue il riconoscimento ottico del testo (OCR) sulle scansioni. Le fonti esterne possono essere temporaneamente non disponibili.

4. Fase di lancio e gratuità

In questa fase l’accesso è gratuito, con tutti i moduli e 2.000 pagine al mese per workspace. Funzioni, limiti e condizioni potranno cambiare: dei cambiamenti sostanziali ti avviseremo per tempo, per email. Se in futuro introdurremo piani a pagamento, nulla ti sarà addebitato senza la tua adesione esplicita.

Possiamo sospendere o terminare il servizio, avvisandoti per tempo quando è possibile. Possiamo intervenire subito per ragioni di sicurezza, per obblighi di legge o in caso di uso contrario a questi Termini.

5. Il tuo lavoro

I documenti, le note e gli artefatti che inserisci restano tuoi. Li usiamo solo per fornirti il servizio. Il tuo lavoro resta sempre esportabile.

6. Uso corretto

Carica solo contenuti che hai il diritto di usare e non più dati personali di quanti ne servano al tuo lavoro.
Se carichi dati personali di terzi, ad esempio di clienti o colleghi, per quei dati agisci come titolare del trattamento e Norma li tratta per tuo conto.
Custodisci le tue credenziali. Non usare Norma per attività illecite, per aggirarne i limiti o per estrarne in modo automatizzato i contenuti.
Nella Community scrivi contributi tuoi, rispettosi e pertinenti: sono opinioni di chi li firma, non pareri di Norma.

7. Disponibilità e responsabilità

Norma è offerta gratuitamente, così come è in ciascun momento della fase di lancio. Facciamo il possibile perché sia disponibile e corretta, ma non garantiamo che sia sempre raggiungibile o priva di errori. Restano in ogni caso ferme le responsabilità che la legge non consente di escludere, comprese quelle per dolo o colpa grave.

9. Modifiche ai Termini

Se cambiamo questi Termini, pubblichiamo la nuova versione su questa pagina. Al primo accesso successivo ti chiederemo di accettarla; dei cambiamenti sostanziali ti avviseremo per tempo, per email.

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Sono pubblicati in italiano e in inglese: in caso di differenze fa fede la versione italiana.

These Terms govern the use of Norma at normaintelligence.com during the launch phase, in which the service is free of charge.

In short. Norma is a tool for reading and analysing regulation, for professionals. It is free during this phase and we improve it every week. Results, including those generated by artificial intelligence, are proposals to check against the official text: decisions remain yours. Your work remains yours and always exportable.

1. Who runs Norma

Norma is run by Kakhaber Ebelashvili, 27100 Pavia (PV), Italy, email info@normaintelligence.com. Norma Intelligence is being incorporated as a company: once it is incorporated, the service and these Terms will transfer to the company, and we will tell you by email.

2. Who it is for

Norma is for professionals and organisations, for purposes related to their professional activity. By accepting these Terms you declare that you use Norma for your professional activity and not as a consumer.

3. What Norma is, and what it is not

Norma is a software tool that helps you read regulatory acts, assess their impact and produce requirements, functional analyses and Test Books.
Norma does not provide legal advice and does not replace the advice of a qualified professional. The official text of the sources, which Norma cites, prevails.
Summaries, proposals and answers generated by artificial intelligence are labelled as such and must be checked. No generated content is considered approved without review by a person: impacts, requirements, approvals and sign-offs remain decisions of the people using Norma.
A Test Book organises test cases: it does not execute or certify them.
Norma reads text-based PDFs, HTML pages and acts from the integrated sources; it does not run optical character recognition (OCR) on scans. External sources may be temporarily unavailable.

4. Launch phase and free access

During this phase access is free, with all modules and 2,000 pages per month per workspace. Features, limits and conditions may change: we will tell you about substantial changes in good time, by email. If we introduce paid plans in the future, nothing will be charged to you without your explicit agreement.

We may suspend or end the service, letting you know in good time whenever possible. We may act immediately for security reasons, legal obligations or use contrary to these Terms.

5. Your work

The documents, notes and artefacts you add remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. Your work always remains exportable.

6. Acceptable use

Upload only content you have the right to use, and no more personal data than your work requires.
If you upload personal data about others, such as clients or colleagues, you act as controller for that data and Norma processes it on your behalf.
Keep your credentials safe. Do not use Norma for unlawful activities, to circumvent its limits or to extract its content by automated means.
In the Community, post your own contributions, respectful and relevant: they are the opinions of their authors, not Norma’s advice.

7. Availability and liability

Norma is offered free of charge, as it is at any given moment of the launch phase. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of errors. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, remains in any case unaffected.

9. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we publish the new version on this page. At your next sign-in we will ask you to accept it; we will tell you about substantial changes in good time, by email.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Italian law. They are published in Italian and English: in case of differences, the Italian version prevails.
