Norma is regulatory analysis software: connect sources, impacts, requirements and a Test Book in one workspace.
For compliance, analysis and delivery teams turning regulatory provisions into work to review, share and approve.
Read
Smart Fill-in opens references at the reading point. Search, highlights, notes and version comparison help you follow the document.
AI summaries inside articles help you orient yourself and understand passages. They remain separate from the official text and must be checked against the source.
Norma Ask works on the open regulation: ask questions, explore the document and reopen referenced articles to check the passages behind an answer.
For long acts, the available context may be partial. AI supports reading and analysis; its answers may contain errors and are not official interpretations. People retain responsibility for decisions and approvals. AI features may involve external providers: check the privacy notice and your organization’s policies.
A readable, navigable source.
Assess
Define your scope by country, channel and function. Review impacts, Gap Analysis and mappings linked to the provision.
Impacts and gaps assessed in your context.
Produce
Accepted mappings feed Business Requirements, functional analysis and a SIT/UAT Test Book, with human review and approval.
Artifacts traced to revisions and the source.
Chat and groups
Cite and share articles in the integrated chat. Create groups and direct conversations in the workspace: the reference follows the conversation.
Team discussions stay close to the source.

From the Test Book to Jira and GitHub.
The Integration Hub creates issues in Jira or GitHub from the test cases of a released Test Book: choose the cases, check the preview, then send. The connection is being activated: today you prepare the connection, the destination project and the field mappings.
The document stays in Norma: only the selected cases go to Jira or GitHub, with preconditions, steps and references, after the preview.
The answers you need.
Norma reads text-based PDFs and HTML pages, or acts from the integrated sources (EUR-Lex, eCFR and others). Scans are not read: Norma does not run OCR. Check tables and complex layouts against the original document; the catalog does not mean every act is available.
The Test Book prepares and organizes SIT/UAT cases linked to approved revisions. It does not certify test execution or compliance.
